So the technician that service my refrigerator on 11/7/2024 was excellent however Sears repair appliance repair they're lacking they're slow I had five appointments and they were canceled because the technician was overbooked again the technician that service me today 11/7/2024 was excellent and I would hire him at any time sesrs appliance repair you need to get your game together are you going to lose a lot of customers thanks again for the technician that came today third party contractor

The process started in early August and took until today to possibly fix the ice maker problem. Your way of troubleshooting a problem from a chat with a person at a computer with no experience with refrigeration is abysmal. A service tech should be sent out to troubleshoot the problem and order parts for the repair. 2 1/2 months to do the service is beyond necessary.
