Tim was absolutely wonderful in repairing the water dispenser on our refrigerator. He was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. His experience allowed him to fix the issue without ordering any additional parts! Highly recommend!

The repair man was very good. He got the parts that were sent to us and fixed our machine. But it took since January to get it fixed. The parts came but they failed to send the repair man. We were constantly calling making appointments and no one would show up. We would also get texts from robots saying no one was coming. It took a lot of calling and being switched from one person to another who did not speak English hardly at all. Today is 3/14/25 and it took 2 months to get it fixed.. The washer is 1 1/2 years old, But we had a Fantastic repair man when he seen us he couldn’t believe it because he is the one that ordered the parts he thought it was taken care of by now. So I give him 5 stars I wish there was a scale of more stars he would get them.
