Tim, Was very professional and knew right away what was wrong with my refrigerator. I wish I had him in March when this issue started. I hope he is the person to make the final repairs. Again Very professional, explained everything and Very knowledgeable of my refrigerator. Thank you Tim!!

Joshua was prompt, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and diagnosed our washers issue quickly. It turned out to be a plumbing problem not the washer which concludes what I already knew - Kenmore appliances are well made and dependable. While he was here, he gave the washer some TLC and everyone needs TLC from time to time, even an inanimate object. Thanks!
