Mr Warren came to me our home on 3 different occasions to fix our appliances. He explained everything and ordered parts needed. Third time is a charm: well it got fixed! Praise God! Probably could have obtained a new appliance but that was on me! Again excellent work to Mr Warren and the other gentleman who helped him!

The technician was neat and assessed the situation in a timely manner, of course was not able to repair the unit as parts were not available, thus causing us to replace the unit.
