It took over 3 months to get my washer fixed which I am not happy about, but Luke fixed it in 1 day (about 2 hours). This rating is for my technician Luke not the overall experience.

He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. It took him almost 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He explained everything to me fixed it and was done in about 25 minutes. Thank you Douglas.
