Tim Senior Tech is great! He is very professional knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure to explain what’s really happening and if he can actually repair your appliance. Even though my overall experience with Sears has been a Nightmare and very frustrating working with Tim to resolve the matter has helped! He did fix my refrigerator after 7 weeks of being broke!
