I waited all day for the tech on the day of my scheduled appt for my dryer. I never received a call from the tech. The only call I received was from a sales lady trying to sell an insurance/protection plan for my appliances for an outrageous amount. When I called the number I wasn’t able to reach a person. It was all automated. Come to find out my appointment was rescheduled for the following week without anyone calling me. Taking my business elsewhere.
