The Technician was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and treated my family and I as clients. And for that we are appreciative and grateful.This Technician, I will recommend he become the face and an ambassador of this entity. I hope he is made to train up and coming technicians. The heater is working wonderful.

The tech was outstanding. Explained what was wrong and what parts he needed to replace. Ken was great and very pleasant to have in my home and repair my refrigerator. Meaning he was very neat and had all the tools with him for the repair. Thank you.
