In addition to being courteous and respectful, Michael P. was extraordinarily considerate, by closing the laundry room door as soon as he thought the repair might make noise, thus making it possible for my wife to keep sleeping before the start of her 11:00 p. m. to 7:00 a. m, work day. When he first closed that door, he'd been unaware that anyone other himself and I were in the house.

The issue with our fridge was quickly diagnosed. We opted to purchase a new fridge but the technician was knowledgeable and polite. The system AI for scheduling is wonky but the human was great.
