Two times I made scheduled for refrigerator technician never should up . Third day Technitian showed up with out informed up to Miss appointment. Worst company ever!

It has taken months and the issue of fixing a clothes washer still isn’t fixed at all

Today a very nice very young technician showed up to fix my dryer which stopped rotating when the door was opened. The part cost $26. They wanted to charge another $308 in order to complete this task. Or I could sign up for warranty services at $56 per month over $672 per year additional and they would reduce the fee to $187. Instead I paid $119 for them to diagnose the problem. This is a scam operation. Find a local reputable repair service you can trust not one that will rip you off.

I received both an over- and mis-diagnosis on my Kenmore oven repair. I was told I needed a new ignition harness ($600 for this repair), almost the cost of a new stove. I was advised that would be a the better move. The stove is five years old. Guess Sears needs to move product. The true culprit was a $90 spark module replacement. Stove fixed by an Angie recommended contractor for $200. Also received unsolicited advice from the Sears tech that I was too old to consider purchasing a new house. I'm 65. What a waste of $100 for a service call. Should be refunded. What has Sears become?
