Cornelius was wonderful, but my fridge is still sweating, dripping and leaking. This was the FOURTH service call and the gaskets have been replaced THREE times now.

The initial problem that was reported to AHS has returned, water all over our laundry floor has ruined the laminate flooring. It appears I can not speak to a live person all computer operated and shuts me down This is totally unexceptable

Our dryer was over heating, called Sears to have it checked out, when the technician came he promptly vacuumed the part removing lint that was stuck causing it to over heat and left; I then began to wash clothes noticing now that my dryer was only drying my clothes for about 5 minutes then stopping…. Called Sears back… tech came out, a few days later….prior to his arrival which was suppose to be between 3-5, it was now 5:00, he called to let me know “he was stopping for an oil change” at which I had no other choice then saying “ok, whatever” when he finally arrived he said “oh I forgot to plug in the moisture sensor last time I was here” this was before even looking at the dryer…. Fixed the problem and left. Think twice before you call Sears again to come out to “fix” anything, they aren’t what they use to be

Would rather give a Zero. Came to the house, I was told to pay the $410 needed to cover half of repair. Wrong part was delivered to the house. Third attempt the technician never showed up. I’m out $410, fridge still broken, impossible to get a real person to talk to. Not a human around to help. Horrible!!
