The refrigerator's freezer's second drawer has a broken plastic bracket that is no longer made. The service man was able to do a fix that made the drawer operable - he tightened the middle mounting screw and the bracket stayed on the track like it was supposed to. I'll have to be careful about what I put in the drawer, but it's working now.
