Efrain was very professional, arrived early and did his job, unlike the other two who didn’t even come to the door! I saw both of them. They take phony pictures like they were here. Efrain was my third appointment this week and he had no problem doing his job!

The refrigerator's freezer's second drawer has a broken plastic bracket that is no longer made. The service man was able to do a fix that made the drawer operable - he tightened the middle mounting screw and the bracket stayed on the track like it was supposed to. I'll have to be careful about what I put in the drawer, but it's working now.
