I wish you all would give people a more accurate window of arrival instead of saying sometime between 8 and 5. Then you can't even contact the company to ask questions.

Repairman Williams was great - company customer service is not great...cancelled via text and rescheduled without explanation!

Rudy was very informed and a savvy tech. If I had gone through with the repairs, it would have been cheaper to buy a new appliance. I have decided to buy a new washer.

Next day availability, technician was knowledgeable answering all my questions, showed me exactly what was being done a d explaining what parts and it's functional purpose was, and possible causes of failure. Definitely professional.
