Even though the machine cannot be fixed, Anthony was very conscientious. He attempted to find the part but the machine is old. I give him 5stars for his effort.

Abdelkarim was on time, very polite, and did a great job of communicating what he was doing and why. He taught me about my system and common errors people male. Although he did not believe the problem (just a loud noise) could be fixed, the minor tweaks he made reduced the noise tremendously.
