Efrain, our technician was kind, quick, and knowledgeable! He got our washing machine fixed, and back up and running quickly. Booked our appointment in the morning, and issue was resolved in the afternoon! Highly recommend this service!!

horace was great and actually texted me when he had arrived. this was helpful as two other tech appointments resulted in no shows as Sears got my address wrong and continues to not correct it despite several requests on my part. Horace went the extra mile and i greatly appreciate it
