Hi, Kenneth was awesome. He was pleasant on the phone with arrival updates and by text. Arrived with shoe covers, attended to my frig and repaired it in a timely manner. This was the 5th visit with four different repair guys. However Kenneth was the best. The others were pushy, two were no show, and other was rude. I wish you would've sent me survey for the other repair guys, the reviews would've all been negative. Only con, every repair guy arrived at the end of the 4hr block time. I couldn't catch a break at all to be first. What a bummer. Thank You Kenneth
