Victor C. did a great job servicing my A/C unit! He called me first thing in the morning to let me know that I would be one of his last stops for the day to properly manage my expectations for when I could expect him. He checked my ticket with me to make sure the work order and anticipated charges were correct prior to the visit. Victor called me when he was 5 minutes away. Once he arrived, he did excellent work on my A/C--checking the system from top to bottom. He identified additional service was needed for the A/C system and scheduled a follow up appointment. The entire service was managed well from beginning to end. I would love to have Victor as my tech for all future service on my A/C!
