The technician that can be repaired the washer was very pleasant and cordial. Came looked at the problem, repaired it and he was done before I knew it.

Jayveon was a tremendous help in getting us signed up for the warranty. He was available within hours of me scheduling the appointment and showed up sooner than estimated. He is very professional and I hope we are able to work with him in the future.

Monty was fine, he did what he could under the circumstances. Unfortunately, it was the washer that needed repair and not the dryer. I would hope the return repair assignment will be assigned to Monty 👍😊 . Choice is actually my insurance carrier but they sent my claim to Sears 🤔. But Monty was fine.
