He didn’t clean the furnace. He just turned it on, open the door and turned it off. The humidifier was already fixed so I wasted 165.00

I should not have joined the sears Home Service plan. I only got a 25% off the repair and labor. They find bogus technical reasons not to cover the entire repair costs. A rip off. I should have canceled as soon as I received the 15 pages of fine print, but I didn't .

I was not happy with his communication skills. He raised his voice unnecessarily and difficult to convey my problem. He needs customer service skills improved. Otherwise he was finally able to repair the refrigerator drawer.

Did not call me or show up for the second appointment

Repair was not performed due to insufficient equipment, required ladder to access unit on roof. Also, was unable to perform due to missing certificate of insurance that was not provided. Mouhamed attempted to help by contacting his supervisor but that resulted in cancellation of my appointment and removing Sears from vendors able to work in my condo. Back to square 1 in trying to get resolution.

The Sears technicians are fine, they do their job but Sears is a joke. Their system to set up, confirm repairs is faulty and you CANNOT get a live person on the phone or via chat when there is an issue
