It wasn't the technician that I rated, its the SEARS company. I've been without a working washer since the beginning of July. Several techs have been scheduled but SEARS FAILS to send 2 techs because I have STACKABLE APPLIANCES that require 2 people. I've also had several appoitments where I've waited all day and NO TECH SHOWS UP then I get a text of canceled or rescheduled. I asked for a replacement but was told the techs must put that in their notes. HOW can a tech put that in the notes when theyre unable to service the machine with one person. SEARS ONLY provides ONE $50 reimbursement. The money I've spent going to the laundromat could have been used to get the washer fixed. It DEFEATS the purpose of paying in advance and having a SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENT where they're supposed to fix it when something is not working. At this point I should receive a NEW WASHER and a REFUND for my PROTECTION AGREEMENT.

My first experience was positive. My second not so much. I cancelled half a day of work to get my dryer fixed. Waited all afternoon then get a message that said the maintenance guy was here and I didn’t answer. Nobody buzzed my condo and nobody called my cell. Worse yet it’s impossible to get ahold of a human to get help with anything. Only unhelpful answering services. Would not recommend

Tech never showed up. Got a message at 9:30am that they were on the way, around 11am I saw online that the tech had arrived (although they had NOT), and then at 12:30 got a message to rate my experience despite nobody ever showing up.

V poor service. The technician came but couldnt repair the motor or refused to repair the Ac motor. I had to pay $600 for the motor to the building maintenance guys. So this insurance is virtually uselesss for me. I demand a compensation for the expense that I had to incur to replace the motor

The person came and said that he doesn’t have parking ticket and when I told him to park in free parking then he said it’s ok, I’ll take few minutes. I requested to check AC efficiency as it is not doing good cooling, he said compressor is working and there is no breaking so as a technician he cannot do anything. His behavior was also not polite. He doesn’t want to understand the problem. He said call another service provider. He cannot do anything.

I would give zero stars if I could. The technician (Monty) is completely unprofessional with an appalling level of deceitful business practices. Not only did he fail to show up to FOUR appointments but he ordered parts without ever diagnosing the issue! Whenever I spoke with him he was rude, condescending and extremely combative. If this is a reflection of the company I'm ending contract.
