I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Sears Home Services. My fridge in my condo was not working, so I reached out to them for repairs. My order number was 000855510763087, and technician Luis C. was assigned to my case. Initially, I was given a service window between 8am-12pm, which was then pushed to 2pm, then 4pm, and finally 5:30pm. At 5:30pm, I received an email asking me to rate the service, which I never actually received. I was confused and frustrated as to how the case could be closed and I was being asked to review a service that never happened. When I called Sears Home Services, I was transferred between three different departments, and after an hour, I was told they couldn't reach the technician and I needed to open a new case. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and service from a company like Sears. I hope they address these issues to prevent other customers from going through the same ordeal.

Jose showed up at my house for an appt to fix my broken washing machine. Without stepping into my house, he somehow magically determined what was wrong and stated he didn't have the parts to fix my washer. He told me he'd be back tomorrow, but instead closed the ticket as complete, sent me an invoice, and never scheduled a follow-up. I had to start the whole process to procure a technician over again, which was very frustrating, but became even more frustrating when the second technician was a no-show. I've spent hours on the phone with customer support and still don't have a working washing machine.

It is impossible to get a hold of y on the phone. And they cancel appointments without telling you.

This has been the worst experience of my dealings with Sears! I paid for a service call because the technician said I do not have a Sears Himr warranty which is not true. I called Sears Hime warranty to tell them about my service call. They verified I have a warranty and now 2 hours later no one has helped me to get my refund for the service call nor submitted the report to get my stove replacement because the service call was not called in. What kind of quality operation are you running? I need my issue resolved

This has been going on for 6 months. Sears keeping shipping tubs that arrive damaged. I pay every month for a service I don’t get. The laundry center should be replace so they can STOP wasting my time and money. I am doing to take legal action. They are forcing me to pay for all these broken parts by slowing the service and canceling appointments repeatedly. This is so INCONSIDERATE!!!!

Anthony was extremely unprofessional. I definitely would recommend using another service technician and home warranty company. He arrived with a poor attitude, barely diagnosed the dryer problem, and then called his supervisor. He sat in his car on the phone for over 20-minutes and when asked to provide a copy of the service report. He simply drove off without saying anything. Then when I called him asking what happened he lied 🤥 and said he had tried calling me twice but it kept going to voicemail. And he didn’t bother leaving a message. Yet, when I checked my call log there was no missed calls or missed messages. Overall, he was lazy, un-engaged, indifferent, and had a “don’t bother me”attitude. Go with another company like Choice Home Warranty they seem to value their customers unlike Sears/Cinch, but by all means do your research.

Do not use this company. Read the 1 star reviews. Their customer service is terrible. They have no respect from you time. The rep never bothered to show up or tell me they were rescheduling. I wasted PTO time.
