Impaired washer
Tony was very professional. He looked at the washer and used his testing equipment and knew what was wrong within 5 to 10 minutes. He waited around for Choice Home Warranty to respond to his call. He also assisted me in the payment process.

On time and attentive repairs
Russ arrived right when he said he would be there and worked diligently to repair the issues with my refrigerator and freezer/ice maker. The kitchen was left clean when he walked out the door.

Anthony review
Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful while working on our machine. It ends up that the way we were loading the washer was causing the problems. He was good about explaining the logistics if how the washer worked and why it needed to be loaded a special way. He also told us about some routine maintenance tasks that we had not been doing.
