Very nice, quick, didn't waste my time

Today was the 4th time Iāve had Sears to visit my home for the same washing machine problem. They only come to my area every other Wednesday. The repairman today ordered the same part that was put on at my last repair visit. Ridiculous. Only 1 out of the last 3-4 men actually knew what he was doing. In my maintenance agreement, it states if they repair the same item 3 or 4 times for same issue, they must replace the item. So Iām thinking Iām going to demand a new washing machine equivalent yo the one I have. Iāve had it! Took me 3 days to get a load of sheets washed because it keeps stopping with low flow. The last repairman knows what heās doing and told me that if what he put on last time didnāt fix the problem, a new control panel would be needed. So Iāll wait 2 weeks for them to be back in my area and put on the same part thatās already been put on without success. Some of these repairmen are actually lazy and not trained well for appliance repair.
