Very nice, quick, didn't waste my time

Service repair man was not pleasant to deal with. He claims that our washer has a cockroach infestation (found 3 DEAD Cockroaches stuck in glue) and therefore voids our warranty. When I explained to him that we dont have cockroaches in our home and the dead cockroaches had to have come from the factory or warehouse he became agitated and said "im not here to argue about this and im going to get out of here".

I've used Sears for years and now they've ghosted me for a week! I keep rescheduling after they cancel and they keep canceling. I sit at home waiting and they cancel 4 hours later or just don't show.

Today was the 4th time I’ve had Sears to visit my home for the same washing machine problem. They only come to my area every other Wednesday. The repairman today ordered the same part that was put on at my last repair visit. Ridiculous. Only 1 out of the last 3-4 men actually knew what he was doing. In my maintenance agreement, it states if they repair the same item 3 or 4 times for same issue, they must replace the item. So I’m thinking I’m going to demand a new washing machine equivalent yo the one I have. I’ve had it! Took me 3 days to get a load of sheets washed because it keeps stopping with low flow. The last repairman knows what he’s doing and told me that if what he put on last time didn’t fix the problem, a new control panel would be needed. So I’ll wait 2 weeks for them to be back in my area and put on the same part that’s already been put on without success. Some of these repairmen are actually lazy and not trained well for appliance repair.
