Prompt and courteous, and I am sure he was well qualified. It's just a shame that we throw away nearly new appliances because the repairs cost more than buying a new one. The appliance repair business will soon be obsolete.

Technician was great! However labor charge was RIDICULOUS! $315 labor for approximately 45 minutes of work to diagnose problem and change the ignitor on my oven. Probably won't be using sears repair again
