William was good. Advertised offer deceiving
Hello, I am sending you this review as a complaint to the advertised offer for washer and dryer maintenance. Your ad states inspection for proper functioning, wear and tear, excess noise, water and gas leaks and clean internal components. The service person stated he does not check for gas leaks and he did not clean the internal components of the washing machine. He just ran a check to make sure it was working. Your ad is misleading and I would like to hear from your company as to what your response is. Thank you. Dan Bober

Tom was an excellent communicator! He reached out at the beginning of the day to let me know approximately when he'd arrived and then again when he was 40 minutes away. He was so kind and very professional. He took the time to show and explain what was going on.

Service on ice maker
He seems to know what he is doing since my ice maker keeps falling apart. If it doesn't work this time I want a new fridge/ freezer with a good/working ice maker. Russ is very knowledgeable about his job.
