This was the first time we used Sears appliance repair service. We have an LG product that no one else would fix, but they not only fixed it but we're here on time and the communications via email and text messages plus a phone call were extremely nice and professional. The service man that they sent over… William… Was extremely pleasant and professional to have working in our home. Being a homeowner for over 23 years I have used many services and I would say William has been the most pleasant… Not that others were not nice… But the most pleasant to have in our home!

5 stars for the tech, 0 stars for sears for ordering parts the day before my appointment after it was scheduled a month back and then pushing it another week out. Didn't even need the parts they had ordered. Needed a new belt which the tech had. Not his fault which is why I'm giving 5 stars because he was great but sears as a whole gets a 0.

My technician was prompt, fast and friendly. Hw was ina and out within a 20 minutes. Expla9ned everything and got my approval before doing repairs. I would use them again.
