The technician was excellent, but my overall experience was horrible. We went over 3 weeks and 2 missed appointments, one on the 31st, canceled, moved to the 3rd, canceled, and finally fixed on the 6th.

11/12/2024: Thomas B was my technician. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Updated 07/07/2025: Thomas was my tech again. It's nice seeing a familiar face. Dude knows his stuff. I'll repeat from 11/12/2024 - he's knowledgeable and friendly. I hope the next time I have an appliance issue he's sent. Updated 07/17/2025: Another appliance issue and another visit from Thomas. Wish there was a way to request him from now on. He's great.
