Completely satisfied with service guys, but never received itemized bill. 750 for new icemaker and installation. Would have liked to know what we paid for part and service call. Seems really expensive since it took him ten minutes to install.

The gentleman did a wonderful job But the washing machine will just not fix So he left saying it with 100% fixed when the washing machine can only get a quarter of filling of water That doesn’t fix my problem or I would give him a five star Look at the picture My clothes is actually soaking I wonder where the water is

First I want to start by saying the tech was awesome and this is not a post about him. The company though has a lot to be desired including the crappy AI service they use, you can never talk to anyone and they cancel on a regular basis. This was a for a warranty with LG and the cancelled a total of 6 times which cost me 6 days at work since the unit was not at my home. Again not contact and a bunch of AI and computer prompts. Very disappointed in this company. Again the tech was an amazing though and great person. Did great work once he was able to come and do the job.

Well my technician Thomas was amazing, knew exactly how to fix washer and in a very timely manner, very polite, I rate him 10 stars! But the actual company not even a one, I had at least 3 confirmed appointments over 2 month time period, they would either cancel last minute, or just not show up at all. Then when I was finally able to actually get a real, live person on the phone, they said my order was closed. How can an order be closed when I have a leaky washer, and new parts in a box? So had to open up all new case and start over. But Thomas showed up promptly today, installed new parts. Thank you Thomas. Sears not so much.

Terrible customer service! Service scheduled between 8am-5pm. Finally recieved text stating technician on the way with arrival around 1:30. Two hours later recieved another text stating that they rescheduled my appointment for another day . Sears was a great company in the past but sadly now they should just close for good.

Had appointment today and he didn’t even show up and marked completed We had waited 2 months to get fridge fixed and it finally was “ fixed” this past Monday. Last night the ice maker quit again and we also received another part in ups today The guy called an hour and a half after he said he would be here and said he couldn’t find us. I told him to just turn around and come south about 3-4 blocks and identified markers on the street and he never showed up but marked it completed I’m done I’m past frustrated
