Steve was excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed and cleaned all 6 burners on my GE Monogram range. I would recommend him to anyone.

This was the first time we used Sears appliance repair service. We have an LG product that no one else would fix, but they not only fixed it but we're here on time and the communications via email and text messages plus a phone call were extremely nice and professional. The service man that they sent over… William… Was extremely pleasant and professional to have working in our home. Being a homeowner for over 23 years I have used many services and I would say William has been the most pleasant… Not that others were not nice… But the most pleasant to have in our home!
