We are Seniors on a budget and having your washer break down is upsetting. We called SEARS because, well, we trust Sears! Appliances + Sears = YES. Both our repairman were great guys. The first one, Mike, really conferred with me about cost of repair versus get a new one. All thing considered, I went with "fix" over replace and Mike gave us confidence in that decision. He Cared: he wasn't just trying to sell us a repair bill. In two days the parts came in and the second Mike installed it. Also a nice guy and he also agreed that given the circumstances (high-end nice Stacked duo) the repair was the sounded decision. In terms of Customer Service efforts, Sears Appliance Repair is excellent: plenty of communication, repairmen arrived on time to the minute both days. Routine diagnostic fees were reasonable. Both the Mikes were Veteran repairman with 4 decades of experience each. So, GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Michael was unable to perform any services because your AI system picked the wrong appliance to service. I don’t know where the translation went wrong, but I picked the range through my Lowe’s, which then transferred it to Assurant Services , Which then transferred it to Sears A&E. I even put the symptom down there that a range burner did not work and it still showed service to a dishwasher. Your system does not allow speaking to a real person, but I did call Sears A&E and left a detailed message about the wrong appliance, which your AI said it would fix. It did not, so I would like to speak to a real person when I now have to reschedule. Michael gets 5 stars your AI gets 0
