If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have canceled on me twice, I've been waiting over a month to get my furnace looked at. They have gone completely AI so I cannot get a live person on the phone to talk to. This has been a huge in convince and I would never recommend a business that treats there customers like this. So disappointed!!!!!!

We had a horrible experience with Sears in Bloomington IL. First, they rescheduled/cancelled coming to fix our fridge after it took a week for our part to come in. Then the tech, Michael, "fixed" the fridge. When I looked, he had replaced the part but the fridge was not working the right way. When I attempted to explain this, he spoke over me and cut me off. When I allowed him to finish after doing this a couple of times, he went down to the floor to mess with his bag and I told him I would wait until he was finished so he could listen to what I had to say. I tried explaining what was wrong with it and he continued to roll his eyes and spoke over me. He then got up to leave while I was still talking. He yelled and slammed the door shut when he left! Sears charged my account and in the notes he put that I told him to leave which is 100% false. I tried calling customer service but kept getting an AI agent who told me I could not speak to a real person and that all they could do was schedule someone else to come look at it even though I was asking for a refund. This was completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend using this service!

I literally paid $119 from someone to come and unplug and re-plug in my refrigerator. He did tell me that I will eventually need to have it replaced but come on….$119 just to unplug and re-plug in a refrigerator ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️ Update: Don’t fall for the responses to these reviews from the company advising to call a number in order hear more about your experience. It’s a number that doesn’t lead anywhere because EVERYTHING is automated and the number will only lead you in circles. No resolution whatsoever!!!

Would not recommend using at all the technician coming out to the house is rude; accusing myself and wife of things that we could’ve have even done. No communication on anything. Whole process has been three months of a nightmare.

Worst service EVER. OVER 4 MONTHS OF BEING JACKED AROUND FOR FRIDGE REPAIR. CANCELED APPOINTS. NOT BY US. 2 REPAIRS NEITHER WORKED MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BETWEEN EACH SCHEDULED RETURN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY. DO YOUR JOB I AM PAYING FOR. I CONSIDER THIS CLOSE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT ON YOUR PART. Now it is over 6 months and your service refuses to come back. He said I was combative. That is a lie and slanderous. I was was upset because of the run around. Yes I wanted a superviser or corporate office number which no one seemed to have or know. I understand now why there are class action lawsuits. Sears once was a good company. Not now. No service showed today. No service called. They had no intention of coming or notifying us by phone.

I called Sears repair to come out and fix my dryer. Apparently the heating element was done for. The Sears repair man came out charged me $140. Confirm it was my heating element that needed to be repaired and quoted me $750 to repair the heating element. I then ordered the heating element from Amazon which came the following day. It was $25. It took me and my husband four hours to repair. My dryer works wonders. I then chatted with the customer service rep and asked where I can put in a review on their website because I saw over 5000 reviews which were between four and five stars. The customer service rep told me that there was no place you can put in a review and there wasn’t a link that she could send me. I am attaching the chat. We could have bought a new dryer for $750. I think this is a bait and switch. Sears got my $140 and the repair person was at my house all of 15 minutes not bad for a days work.

I'm not at all happy. I paid for the warranty on my washer/dryer for over 20 years. I don't believe I should have had to pay to get it fixed. $351.15 for a $48 part and it took 5 minutes to replace. I was to understand that I would not have to pay the $119 service fee if I paid to have my dryer fixed. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
