Tony was outstanding; he went above and beyond! Tony explained the issue and what he was doing to fix my dishwasher. He asked questions about the problems we had, and based on my response, he then followed up with his suggestions and recommendations based on his professional experience. Excellent advice; he is very knowledgeable and friendly and will likely save me from having the same issue in the future.

Michael called and let my husband know he was leaving a place and said it would be about half an hour. So my husband waited 30 mins before he left work. My husband came home and had to call Michael an hour later because he still hadn’t arrived and Michael was still in the place he was at when he said he was leaving. So it took him another 30 mins before he even arrived. My husband lost almost 2hrs work because Micheal didn’t do what he said he was going to do.

We had a horrible experience with Sears in Bloomington IL. First, they rescheduled/cancelled coming to fix our fridge after it took a week for our part to come in. Then the tech, Michael, "fixed" the fridge. When I looked, he had replaced the part but the fridge was not working the right way. When I attempted to explain this, he spoke over me and cut me off. When I allowed him to finish after doing this a couple of times, he went down to the floor to mess with his bag and I told him I would wait until he was finished so he could listen to what I had to say. I tried explaining what was wrong with it and he continued to roll his eyes and spoke over me. He then got up to leave while I was still talking. He yelled and slammed the door shut when he left! Sears charged my account and in the notes he put that I told him to leave which is 100% false. I tried calling customer service but kept getting an AI agent who told me I could not speak to a real person and that all they could do was schedule someone else to come look at it even though I was asking for a refund. This was completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend using this service!
