Corey did a good job. the company does not keep the client updated as to where the technician is; what time the technician will be there; and technician does not call when on the way, just shows up. the times posted for approximate time of arrival are always incorrect. it is hell waiting on someone to come and they might not show; this has happened before--they wait until the end of the day (8 to 5pm wait at home for technician), around 4pm, and then text to say the technician would not be coming. I got furnace service of a new pilot light through warranty program.

Michael called and let my husband know he was leaving a place and said it would be about half an hour. So my husband waited 30 mins before he left work. My husband came home and had to call Michael an hour later because he still hadn’t arrived and Michael was still in the place he was at when he said he was leaving. So it took him another 30 mins before he even arrived. My husband lost almost 2hrs work because Micheal didn’t do what he said he was going to do.

The technition basically accused us of tampering with the ac unit. Why 100 degree weather with children in the house would anyone do that??!!!

Very bad experience, I called them because my refrigerator was not cooling properly, freezer was working properly only upper part has got some issue. However sears messed that up completely, they could not fix the upper part cooling problem and in fact they damaged existing working properly freezer cooling too. Very bad experience, never recommend to anyone:

He was absolutely terrible. He said he arrived at my location but he did not ring bell and just left. He did not follow up and parts he supposedly ordered did not show up

Corey was very nice but he claims it is Our Thermostat and NOT our Furnace and Sears DOESNT Do THERMOSTATS. He was here maybe 15-20 minutes tops His Customer Service was Good but Getting The Problem Taken Care of Was Very Poor,😠😠😠

Waited hours for the tech to show up and when he did he had no idea how to fix the problem. Even though Sears had me upload pictures of the problem and of the model they did not share that with the tech.
