The repair was done in 5 minutes. The machine is working great. The time to wait for service due to part delays was over 7weeks. That was not satisfactory. Especially when it's cleaning of uniforms.

Gordon was very professional and knowledgeable with years of experience. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, got the parts ordered, and then returned for parts installation. He notified us in advance of each visit with an estimated time that was right on the money and then notified us when he was on his way to our home. Great service and the repair solved the issues!!
