Steven was here on time and figured out in a hurry what the problem was. Problem I have is with Choice Home Warranty wanting to give us $197.00 for a new microwave which we will have to have someone install it for another $169 to $195 .

The repair was done in 5 minutes. The machine is working great. The time to wait for service due to part delays was over 7weeks. That was not satisfactory. Especially when it's cleaning of uniforms.
