I called to have the water and ice fixed, which was shut off 5 years ago, on a refrigerator and freezer. He was very pleasant and informative upon arrival and let us know what he was doing. He ordered the part and then came back after the part arrived to install it and check the system for leaks. None were found and hopefully, it will stay that way. Steven is a great example of EXCELLENT customer service and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to everyone for repairs.
