Service technician
Steven was a very polite and knowledgeable individual! He was only here 10 minutes, and found an ice blockage in the back of the ice maker. He pulled it out and then the defrost motor started running for some reason. And he said he was not going to charge me for this service call! Very professional and very courteous! I have used your company before and I am so glad that they were the company that came out to visit my refrigerator today once again! Thank you so much for your services.
