Great experience. Dryer started overheating over the weekend. Was able to login to website Sunday evening and make an appointment for service the next day. Technician called at 10:45 the next morning to discuss symptoms and was at my house shortly after 11:00. He did some quick diagnostics to confirm it was the heating element causing the problem. He had the part he needed in his van and was able to replace it in around 30 minutes.
