Horrible

Not Ryan but A&E in general. 10 months of numerous service calls refrigerator never fixed. Not sure if it was incompetent technicians but more than likely restrictions put in place by Choice Home Warranty.

Stove Repair

Your repairman did a good job of explaining that there was nothing he could do, that I will just need to check the burner every time I want to use it, otherwise I could end up getting burned when the pan slides to one side. I was also frustrated by such a long window of waiting for him. 8 to 5 p.m. and he was not able to get there till after 4:30.
