Big failure, the fridge still the same and the technician is not responding

I would desperately urge anyone looking to use this service to look elsewhere. The tech came over to look at my fridge and took his flashlight out and shined it into the back of my unit didn't even take the back off and just said you need a new fridge. Here is a discount from sears. Then they charged me $129. What a complete waste of time and money. Call someone else. Edit: Don't be fooled by the "response by owner" reply, they added. I called that number and it's just an automated line where you can't talk to a real person. I still stand by my initial review. I beg future customers to look elsewhere before losing out on $129 dollars for a worthless service fee.

The tech didn't show up during appointment time. I missed a call from them, but they didn't leave a message with a callback number, and returning a call to the caller ID number took me to a national 800 number that put me on endless hold. I couldn't find a number for the actual local location, so I have no one to contact to ask if they want to reschedule or if they are just canceling the whole thing. I had been waiting for weeks for my appointment, and planned the entire day around being here for the 9 hour window. Complete waste of time.
