Brian came and was on time and so courteous! He had the problem fixed and my dryer running in no time. I've never used Sears before but won't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!

Brian is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. My refrigerator had a couple issues and Brian diagnosed both problems right away. He patiently explained the fix and made sure to fit me in his schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Thanks for being accommodating, Brian!

Brian was very helpful and competent. He kept me informed of what he was doing to fix the clothes washer. He was also very kind to me, as I am going through a challenging time; and a clothes washer that needed repair only complicated the daily situation. Kudos to Brian; he successfully completed the repair.
