The technician was great, the speed of service very good, cost of replacement fan reasonable, but the labor cost seems out of wack $369.95 for less than an hour of work, fan part was 103.83. So seems a bit extreme, I would not use again due to this unless an emergency.

The repair was done professionally The problem came after the service call. I had problems talking to someone that could give me a receipt and a work order for services done.

I would leave NO stars if it was an option. Do not be fooled by these scam artists. They pay to have good reviews. They aren’t even located locally. The business is run by AI and they will charge you 128$ even if they don’t fix anything. BE VERY CAREFUL! They wasted 5 hours of my life and didn’t fix anything. They actually made my dryer worse!!
