Brian, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He worked skillfully and neatly. He patiently explained the problem to me and the regular maintenance that I could do to avoid it in the future. After this experience, I highly recommend Sears appliance repair.
