Clayton was prompt and polite and efficient, and his diagnostic service made good sense! However, the cost of repair would be $595, which was way too high—even less than buying a similar new refrigerator.

Service technician was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the reason he was knowledgeable about the situation was because it’s a common issue with this model of Kenmore refrigerator. The Only remedy now is to fall out the refrigerator for two days.

He replaced the parts but did not check to see if the washer was fixed. I started it after he left and it is better but NOT fixed.
