Shawn knows his profession, but our stove still is not fixed. He has tried everything to resolve the problem with no avail. The stove has a major issue from the manufacturer.

Knowledgeable, professional and personable from diagnostics, parts ordering and installation. Shawn has been great getting my leaking, then broken GE dishwasher back up and running! This dishwasher was brand new, serviced under warranty free.
