Clayton was prompt and polite and efficient, and his diagnostic service made good sense! However, the cost of repair would be $595, which was way too high—even less than buying a similar new refrigerator.

Technicians have been great. Their scheduling system could use some improvement. Had an issue with our stove. Setup a return visit for technician to install parts after they were shipped to my house. They only give you the option of between 8am-5pm. So we took off work so someone was at the house for the whole day and no one ever showed and no call or text was sent to reschedule. I had to go into their site and change my appointment like it was my fault for the appointment needing to be moved. Then the next available appointment wasn't for another month. It would be great if they could narrow it down to at least half a day rather than an entire day being wasted. Again, the techs have all been great, it's just the fact you have to give an entire day up and no call about needing to reschedule. I get that issues come up but someone knew before 5pm that they weren't going to make it.

I hate giving bad reviews. For future references look at the appliance. For example if the client says it's the pulley they think, then you should look in the inside of the dryer and not just spin the drum so the correct part is ordered the first time. Also if you are scheduled for an appointment to be at that person's house you should show up. If that is your job and that is what you get paid for. Things would get fixed in a more timely manner.

I have been rescheduled 3 times. I feel like I am lost in the system and the repair that I paid in full for is money lost and no repair to my oven
