Brian was great. He was very prompt and punctual. He was considerate of our home and did not make a mess. It only took him 10 minutes to fix the problem with our microwave. Very customer service oriented. I would recommend him to anyone.

You have my last name spelled wrong. That’s an AI problem. Also, I thought repairs would be subtracted from the $129 diagnosis fee. It shouldn’t cost $360 to replace a simple dishwasher handle. You overcharged and I won’t use you again.
