He did ok. But seemed to disregard everything we said was wrong and that the problems we were having was our fault. He is the fourth repair person for this issue, we know what is wrong.

Showed him problem and he said nothing he could do. Told me to rearrange my dishes so weight isn’t in back. Worthless trip for me. Of course every time you push in rack the dishes roll forward and you have pull them back.
