He did ok. But seemed to disregard everything we said was wrong and that the problems we were having was our fault. He is the fourth repair person for this issue, we know what is wrong.

I am not usually one to complain but I’m beyond frustrated with Sears. My home warranty company assigned Sears to fix my fridge/freezer. The tech did some troubleshooting but ultimately told me that I needed to replace my water filter (which wasn’t due yet) and said “if that doesn’t work, I don’t know what to tell you.” As expected, replacing my water filter did not fix the issue. My home warranty sent Sears out for a 2nd visit and I was told today that they couldn’t do the repair for two reasons - my appliance has a manufacturer warranty that covers the repair (not true, I called GE) and that he can tell someone else has already done repair work and he can’t work off someone else’s repair. I tried to tell him that I bought the fridge brand new 3 years ago and no repair work had been done and he said Lowe’s must have done it. I confirmed with GE that this also isn’t true. Nothing is fixed.
